I am running because we do not have to choose between what is right and what is possible. I will fight for Teaneck, for affordability, for transparency, for respect in our community, and for everything I believe in. This is my life and my community, and I am not done yet.
To make Teaneck affordable, we must end the budget games and move past temporary, one-trick revenues. I believe our budget should be a multi-year roadmap and a year-round priority. If elected, I will advocate for a budget update at every single meeting, bringing modern tools and strong internal controls to our financial management. We also need to go out to bid every single year for every contract to secure competitive pricing, rather than just handing them to people we like. It is time we treat your hard-earned tax dollars with the respect they deserve—and I promise to treat every single dollar like it is my own.
Have questions or suggestions? I would love to hear from you!
